I aim to be a pragmatic participant in advancing decarbonization and climate transition solutions. I think we can (and need to) align economic and environmental incentives.
I am eager to bring OKR, knowledge management, and systems-thinking to young companies. Alignment drives 2x+ company productivity but is also extremely rare. Roughly 7% of employees in an average company are able to identify and explain their company’s key value proposition and objectives. I’m focused on building systems that bring that number as close to 100% as possible.
I am passionate about the fields of environmental, moral, and economic development and I’m most interested in working in positions that use empirical evidence as a basis for decision-making. We have viable options to enhance human dignity while protecting and preserving our planet. I want to be a part of turning those options into reality.
At Dartmouth, I was a dual major in Economics and Ecology as well as a minor in International Studies. These studies provided me diversified analytical and practical skills to approach the modern, globally-integrated world. I have since honed my analytical, strategic, and operational skills by working with Government, Non-Profits, and For-Profits.
